Life
After graduation,spent 13yrs.as a truck driver.Tried white-collar work,for awhile(you can have it),went to McLane Mid Atlantic for some good hard physical work, been there since'84.Married the former Julia Dickinson,in '74(still together),she's still as lovely,as when I met her.We have 2 children(1 brn. '77 ; 1brn. '79)&; 3 grd.children (1 brn. 2000:1 brn.2002):(1 brn. 2008). Still the same size,maybe 10 lbs.more(I could have used it);Been into the Martial Arts since'85,(Isshin-Ryu Karate,Okinawan Kobudo,& Jiu-Jitsu) it keeps me off the streets.I also had the honor of working out with Royce Gracie and his brother Royler for a weekend...the thrill of a lifetime !! Now living in Post Oak area of Spotsy.(we'll stay here 'til the kids put us in a Nursing Home!!)After years of Softball,I had to give it up,because of a head injury,resulting from a wild throw ...Expand for more
while I was running to 1st base.I'm now pitching Horseshoes, to keep busy.I've pitched all around the State of Va.& N.C., hoping to make it to the World Tournament,eventually.
I've recently added my name to other schools in MD., as a friend. The reason for this is, I grew up with alot of people there and made many friends. I attended Lone Oak Elem.(1st / 2nd),Maryvale Elem(2nd-6th), and Earl B. Wood Jr. High(7th & part of the 8th).When we moved to Va., in '66,I left alot of good friends behind,and am just now, trying to contact them,with little luck.So if anyone sees my name in your school listing, in MD., and don't know why I'm there, that is the reason. these many years,for without you, I wouldn't be the person I am today.(except for R.Sexton,man,he got me into alot of trouble..LOL)
